Math Tutoring Is Going Online

Program Period: School Years 2022-2024

 

RaftIn, a local student-led nonprofit organization, is bringing its math tutoring program online, aiming to reach out to students who need help wherever they live.
The free program takes place on Saturdays, from 9 to 10 p.m., and is targeted towards students in grades K-12. To attend, sign up at raftin.org/tutoring/ or email info@raftin.org. The calendar will be updated monthly.
RaftIn was founded by Andrew Deng, Timothy Wu, Fiona Chen, and Renee Hong, Other officers include Kevin Ha and Xander Luo. All six are advanced mathematics students and seek to assist other students with their math questions.
“Our tutoring program will be hosted on Zoom, open to all the students around the world,” said Deng. “A Zoom link will be shared upon your registration.”
